By using our site, services, and/or providing payment to us you agree to all terms. All sale are final. All sales are non-refundable. All cancellations are non-refundable. Please make sure all information is correct and all pertinent event information- date, time, address are properly filled out. Online bookings are for events that take place at least 48 hours in advance. IF there is any additional info needed or updates please let us know via email at least 48 hours before day of event. All sales are final - payment is non refundable. Upon agreeing to terms you are accepting entertainment for your event and allowing our performer(s) to entertain for your event you and agreeing that we are solely responsible for entertainment only and not liable for any unforeseen liabilities. By accepting performance and agreeing to this contract you authorize us to charge the amount for your event with the card information you have provided.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. All sales are non refundable. All cancellations are non refundable.
Accidents:
Your performer and NB Events are not liable for any injury or accident that may occur at the event. This especially concerns bouncers, pools, food, allergies, balloons, bee stings, tables, chairs, and pony rides. Although, we provide the entertainment, we do not claim to provide full supervision of all children and or guest in attendance. Please alert the other guest and parents that they are responsible for the health and welfare of their own children.
Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your event the non refundable balance that has been collected is non-refundable. All sales are final. All cancellations are non-refundable. Please also note if you choose to cancel your event an email us as soon as possible is so your performer doesn’t show up to an event that is no longer happening. All performed shows are non refundable. Any shows that are cancelled without notifying us will be responsible for full balance plus an additional $150 cancellation charge if we are not notified beforehand.
E-mails:
Upon paid booking we are confirmed! On our end we are all set and will not need anymore information to fulfill your event -unless we reach out to you otherwise with the contact information you have provided. There is no need for additional check ins before your event unless you have an emergency update.
By accepting our service you also agree to our email policy. Due to excessive and duplicate emails in the past that have slowed down our response , each client is able to send up to 2 emails free of charge, after that we are now charging $25 per additional unsolicited email sent to us using the credit card on file unless we have reached out to you for more emails. We want to serve all clients equally and excessive emails are time consuming and delay other clients, we thank you for your understanding and patience!
Expectations:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. In rare cases this especially goes for anyone who is abusing our staff verbally or physically. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund in these situations as well, including but not limited to, excessive calls, excessive texts, threats, bullying, excessive emails, screaming , talking over our reps or performers, inappropriate language or tone, threats, harassment, or any other morally inappropriate behavior to our performers or customer service reps will not be tolerated in any way and will result in loss of service without refund. We believe in kindness and expect the same in return from all of our clients.
Defamation:
By accepting service and using our site you (The client) agree that in no event, and at no time during the Term of this Agreement or at any time thereafter, will client or related parties disparage, denigrate, slander, libel or otherwise defame the other or the other’s businesses, services, properties or assets, or employees, personnel, agents, or representatives. Client shall refrain from making any false, misleading or disparaging representations or statements with respect to NB events or from engaging in any other trade practices which may have an adverse effect upon the high image, credibility or reputation of NB events. Client is responsible for all legal fees associated for NB events for any business loss due to the aforementioned, including but not limited to court costs/attorneys and loss of work.
Scheduling:
Our performers are scheduled when terms are agreed to and payment is fulfilled. Clients often ask us before booking what happens if we cancel, we've included the following to address any of those concerns- please note cancellations are extremely unacceptable in our code of ethics and not condoned by us in anyway. Our select team of professional performers understand the extreme importance of performing for your event and they also understand that any cancellation by them will result in the permanent loss of working on our team. If there is an emergency where a performer is physically unable to attend due to emergency or severe illness-the client will have the option of rescheduling for another date if requested by client on a date that is open. The redo show is good for one year and must be booked within 30 days notice unless other arrangements are approved by us for earlier redo date. All sales are final including under these circumstances.The time/date slot we confirm and book is the time we schedule for the event- last minute changes whether date, time, or character is very rarely able to accommodate, due to all of our performers being professional actors their schedule varies and last minute changes of your event are nearly impossible to accommodate on our end. If we are unable to accommodate a change of the contract event info, we are in no way responsible to appear or change time. A last minute change in event time/date from you the client is in no way our responsibility and event will still be charged the cancellation fee if you choose to change time/date and we cannot attend due to availability.
Chargebacks:
All sales and cancellations are non-refundable. Client will be recharged for full amount plus any chargeback fees including, but not limited to an additional $75 chargeback fee on top of full original amount charged. This will be charged to the credit card on file for any fraudulent chargebacks, including for all sales, performed shows, and cancellations and will be immediately charged if chargeback is received. This amount is authorized and held at booking for precaution for fraudulent chargebacks and will automatically be billed and successfully charged upon any fraudulent chargebacks. Additionally, any chargeback will be disputed by us and costs recouped per our terms and conditions listed and these terms will be provided to your bank per any fraudulent chargebacks. Customer is responsible for any and all court/attorney fees for NB Events to recoup the costs of any further complications from chargeback and reported for fraud for any fraudulent chargebacks.
Media:
Photography and video taken at your event by you or any of your guests of your performers, our independent contractors, and show material is strictly permitted for private use only and any public showing of media is strictly prohibited unless with the written consent of NB events and your performer(s). In addition, at times we may use photo or media taken by your performer as an example to future clients. If there is any objection to that please state prior to event otherwise media taken by NB events will be used for future client purposes.
Guests:
Please be sure to notify all guests in attendance of all contract conditions as you are responsible for ensuring all contract conditions are abided by you and your guests. All clients understand they attend events at their own risk and NB events is not responsible for the welfare or health of any guests.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are up to the client’s discretion, but are so greatly appreciated by our performers!
